Stop making excuses and take accountability for your actions
Take the credit for your wins and be accountable for your actions.
If your live, love, relationships, business is thriving, keep growing, keep improving, and keep going, well done!
If it is not thriving, if you are struggling, feeling sad and think your stagnant in your productivity, then what do you think you can you do to make it bloom?
What do you need to change and learn to turn a failure (or learning) into a success (or positive)?
We all know the 5 Ps? Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance.
Whether in life or business you need a plan you need goals, you need focus and you need to move forward.
When planning is done properly, it can help you to manage risk, avoid disappointment and utilise time effectively.
A good place to start is to Identify and acknowledge the weaknesses of both yourself, your business and even your staff. However, try not to get too hung up on these, this is just a starting point! It is a place to leverage off and develop from and don't forget to stop celebrating successes and wins - this is vital! .
In business, there is little room for failures, however, they say in order to success we need to make mistakes. I guess what I am saying is, learn from mistakes but have processes in place (as above) to ensure they are not catastrophic failures that will cost you a lot of time or money.
When you allow yourself and your staff to make excuses, you are on the slippery slope to losses in productivity and gains, and you're at risk of losing respect in the professional world.
It’s uncomfortable but it’s true! In order to succeed we have to fail, we need to learn from our mistakes, and then use that learning to make better choices and judgements.

Accept it, and now start moving forward! Remember Richard Branson? He made a lot of mistakes in his businesses over the many years being an entrepreneur, however he has learnt from his mistakes, applied or tweaked his methods and then gone from there.
In an ideal world, we may wish we didn't make mistakes, this sometimes would be easier, however, it also means that we would not challenge ourselves to move beyond our comfort zone.
